- Develop and maintain supply planning models based on historical data, production schedules, and supplier input.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Sales teams to gather and analyse data on production schedules, supplier performance, and market trends.
- Use statistical analysis tools to generate accurate supply plans and identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain.
- Develop inventory strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise stock outs and excess inventory.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to supply planning, inventory levels, and production efficiency.
- Identify and communicate potential issues or opportunities to management and other stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using ERP and supply planning software.
- Experience in a production environment is essential
