Then we at Grundfos Pumps - Adelaide, South Australia have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Supply Chain Team.
As our Supply Planner, you will provide support to the supply chain, primarily focusing on calculating stock requirements through analysis of Sales Demand Plans aligned with the Supply Network Plan and trends to ensure continuity of product supplies. Ensure the stock levels are sustained with a careful balance between availability and cost control focuses. This role will be based in our office in Regency Park in Adelaide South Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare data and assist in the analysis of re-order point calculations for WU products and WU Plants in Oceania
- Prepare data and assist in the analysis of forecasts and distribute them to Vendors
- Develop reports and recommendations for reducing slow-moving stock for all plants in Oceania. Coordinate the necessary actions to resolve
- Provide Supply Chain support in the processes of Product Introductions and changes
- Provide support with the Segmentation (ABCD analysis) for WU plants and products
- Any other duties as specified by the Supply Chain Manager, Oceania, or the Master Supply Planner, Oceania.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested, commensurate with the position.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor in business - Supply Chain Management.
- Having relevant experience working in Supply Planning or holding a Supply Chain related role with 2 years of experience is desirable.
- Demonstrates flexibility to assist others in the team when needed
- With good knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
- Experience with working within an SAP ERP environment will be highly regarded
- Good written and verbal communication skills
