We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain leader who likes to deliver customer service excellence, challenge the status quo and drive efficiencies.
Lead the Supply Planning team for our national alcohol network and be responsible and accountable for a Supply Plan in a 0-24 month horizon.
Reporting to the Group Head of Supply Network Planning, you will create and manage the long-term production plan, inclusive of Rough cut capacity planning (RCCP), Production Scheduling and Raw Material Coordinating functions with the output being a robust, capacity constrained plan.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all Supply Planning activities lead to maximizing customer service at the lowest supply chain cost
- Facilitate the ability to meet forecasted sales volumes at a DC / SKU level for manufactured products and brought in finished goods and identify / escalate any issues
- Drive best in class planning methodology and parameters
- Present and highlight issues in the 13-week and rolling 24-month horizon through the IBP cycles for review and resolution
- Maintain a close relationship with Demand and Commercial teams to ensure NPD activities effecting Supply are understood, planned for and communicated
- Review and analyse data & identify and implement CI opportunities
About You
- Strong supply chain experience in FMCG industry
- Highly experienced in the planning and management of complex supply chain networks
- Cross functional experience preferred (e.g. manufacturing, inventory control, procurement, planning)
- Sound leadership and people management experience
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts
- Strong business and financial acumen
