The opportunity 

If you want to join a team who are continually driving toward the future, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Support and Installation Consultant to join our Registration Solutions team. 

The Registration Solutions Team is integral to the Financial Management Office.  Registration Solutions is a specialised, standalone division of Pentana Solutions, dealing primarily with the vehicle registration process in dealerships for new and used vehicles.  

The Support - Installation Consultant serves as the primary business contact for the Registration Solutions clients and is responsible for client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Keep up-to-date with current industry and dealership requirements; challenges; legislation; best practice
• Work towards meeting individual and team KPI’s / targets
• Provide exceptional customer services to all clients (internal and external) products and services via proactive account management
• Connect to the Queensland Transport & Main Roads (TMR) systems and edit / update / remove database entries as and when necessary
• Maintain key customer contacts, service accounts & build account strategies
• Provide reliable and accurate knowledge, expertise and practical application when interacting with all stakeholders regarding vehicle registrations
• Log all help desk interactions, ensuring all assigned calls are resolved, or escalated a timely manner.
• Assist team members with troubleshooting support requests
• Deliver first level customer support
• Generate timely, regular and ad-hoc reports
• Month-end reporting and supplier invoice approval to assist Line Manager
• General administration duties
• From time to time, as required, perform installations:
  • Plan, develop and deliver client product installation, on-site as required
  • Interview clients’ management and staff to establish software requirements
  • Prepare dealer implementation documents, including Service Level Agreements
• From time to time, as required, conduct training:
  • Plan, develop and deliver client training, as well as internal staff training
  • Raise training costs/estimated quotes for clients’ needs, demonstrate products.  Updating training content as necessary
  • Monitor and report on the progress of trainees and training programs through, questionnaires, surveys and meetings
  • Ensure correct and accurate paperwork is supplied and entered into all systems
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications 

• Secondary School Completion Certificate 
• Clean Criminal Record (National Police Criminal Check required)

Experience & Knowledge

• Excellent customer service 
• Excellent professional communication, both written and verbal
• Conceptual, with a strong critical thinking and solving ability
• High proficiency in the MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel and MS Word
• A background in the automotive industry is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the vehicle registration process is highly desirable.
• Queensland residency
