As a Support Mentor at MGA & Workforce Plus, you'll have the unique opportunity to blend your passion for supporting others with your love for providing group activities or individualised support. Your role will be nothing short of exhilarating as you empower individuals with disability to achieve their personal, social, educational, and career goals, just ask our current participants and team members and they will tell you! Our participants will be the key part of the recruitment process to ensure we find the people that they like and who suits them best, we believe in them being front and centre of decisions about the support that they are receiving, perhaps from you!
Key Responsibilities:
🌟 Provide comprehensive support to individuals with disability, guiding them through personal, educational and employment opportunities.
🌟 Facilitate engaging group sessions aimed at capacity building and developing essential skills for success.
🌟 Organize exciting community outings and activities to foster social integration and participation.
🌟 Advocate for the rights and inclusion of individuals with disability.
🌟 Foster a positive and supportive environment where everyone can thrive and grow.
🌟 Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to create endless opportunities for our participants.
Qualifications and Requirements:
🌟 Experience working with individuals with disability – your chance to make a real impact!
