Support the accreditation and registration processes for vocational courses and units at Charles Darwin University (CDU)
About the Position
As the Course Accreditation and Registration Support Officer – VET, you will facilitate accreditation and registration processes for vocational courses and units and other quality assurance processes for non-accredited courses and micro-credentials. Providing advice, support and reviews for successful course accreditation and registration.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree with subsequent relevant experience or, an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating VET accreditation and registration processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of IT applications including Word, Excel, and Acrobat with the ability to enter data accurately with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency in using digital and other technologies to organise and support face-to-face and online meetings, events, and activities.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency in curriculum management systems and platforms, including the use of large corporate databases
- Demonstrated high-level written communication skills for the preparation of complex documents, reports and responses and writing minutes.
- A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate with a broad range of people in a cross-cultural academic context.
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of the VET regulatory legislation and related quality assurance and enhancement processes.
- Proven ability to work positively in a team environment with minimum supervision, a high degree of motivation, innovation, responsibility, and initiative with the ability to meet competing work schedules and deadlines.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $91,642 to $100,594 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $107,221 to $117,694 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
