Your high-level communication and interpersonal skills combined with your conscientious approach will see you engage with our Store Managers on a daily basis to provide ICT support whilst ensuring our stores are able to meet all operational needs. This role is particularly fast paced and complex; therefore your superior skills in attention to detail and multi-tasking combined with your level headed approach to deadlines will see you succeed in this vital position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting stores to resolve IT issues escalated within the Service Desk
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software for stores and the OBS support office.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
- Administering and eliminating ongoing IT issues including World Smart Software.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
- Administering and maintaining a range of networks and systems and providing network and systems guidance and support to the business.
- Working closely with vendors and ensuring issue being rectified in agreed service level.
- Active Directory, Azure, O365 and server administration.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to business infrastructure and IT processes.
- Assisting the IT Manager with hardware specifications, quoting and technical solutions.
- Assisting the IT Manager with projects planning and implementation.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Competencies & Experience:
Essential:
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skill, and a strong professional work ethic
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- IT experience in multi-server, multi-site, multi-domain environment
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Full current Australian driver's license
- Have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Desirable:
- Relevant Business/Information Systems Based Degree
- Exposure to Retail Industry and/or retail operating systems.
- Microsoft certification is advantageous.
