We are looking for a Support Service Employee for cleaning, laundry and kitchen duties to join our Aged Care Facility in Daceyville. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services at the highest quality ensuring our residents are able to "Live Life to the Full". 

As a Support Service Employee, duties include, but are not limited to -

• Wet dust all picture frames and wall ornaments
• Wet wipe and sanitize all towel dispensers, light and air-conditioning switches
• Wipe over all lights in front foyer, lounge, activities room, and at the entrance.
• Clean exhaust hoods in the kitchen
• Scrub all wall and floor tiles in all bathrooms
• Dust all curtain rails including bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpets including edges

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Genuine compassion, commitment and enthusiasm
• Ability to work well in a team
• Empathy towards the elderly and respectful of their needs
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts morning & afternoon Mon-Sun
• Able to provide evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
