We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to help us deliver high-quality and meaningful care to our aged care clients.
This role will service clients in the East region of VIC, suburbs such as Croydon, Ringwood, Doncaster and Box Hill with both daytime and evening hours available depending on your preference.
As a support Worker, you will work hard and with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services. But this role is much more than just a job. Every task you complete helps an older person to live as independently as possible in their own homes, and you get to see firsthand the difference you are making.

To be successful you will need:
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organise at no cost).
- The right to work in Australia.
- Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent e.g 2nd year Bachelor or Nursing, Cert IV in Aged Care or Disability or Home and Community
- Experience working in aged care, disability or community nursing is desired.
