Join genU today!As a Residential Support Worker you will provide personal care, community access and person-centred supports to clients with a disability to undertake everyday activities, whilst fostering independent living skills and to empower them to make choices that will lead to fulfilment and achievement of individual goals!You'll join a collaborative and supportive team and be provided with individualised training so you can best support our varied cohort of clients.

• This is a Part Time position located in Clyde North
• Rates - from AU32.21 per hour (CERT II) + Super + Salary and penalties.
• This is a part time position only - we are requiring minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

About youOur ideal Residential Support Worker will display strong interpersonal skills and be able to quickly develop rapport with people of varied abilities and diverse backgrounds. You will be able to think on your feet and work autonomously as required.You will meet the following requirements.

• Minimum quals: CHC33021 - Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support;
• Current First Aid Certificate with up-to-date CPR
• Manual Handling and Assist Clients with Medication Certificate.
• A current Australian driver's licence, comprehensive insurance and a reliable registered motor vehicle
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Clearance
• Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
