About the rolesSupport Worker – multiple positions available
- permanent part-time and casual
- base rate per hour: $32.21 - upwards
- 24/7 rostered hours, including sleep over
- required to work weekends and public holidays
- working across multiple group homes as part of a team
Support Worker Lead – multiple positions available
- permanent full time
- base rate per hour: $35.14
- Monday to Friday
- Working across multiple group homes as part of a team
- this newly created position introduces additional support for our clients
- Comprehensive induction program
- Ongoing training and on-the-job support for delivery of quality services to our clients
- Reflective practice through professional counselling services to support you
- A friendly and approachable executive team to help you be your best
- As a not-for-profit organisation, you can salary sacrifice up to $15,900 per FBT year
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Vulnerable People card with NDIS activities
- Police Clearance
- Current driver’s licence
