Are you seeking a role that is more a lifestyle than a job and an excellent remuneration package?
If so, we are currently seeking a female Support Worker to support a young woman who lives in Craigie. Set hours and days include availability to live-in for 24-hour days on weekends. Flexibility to cover leave and illness for your Co-workers is also highly desirable.
I am a young female 24 yr. old who is enjoying life living in my own home. I love a variety of activities including music, dancing, and going to the Gym. I can be fun-loving and enjoy being active and keeping busy and I need someone who can help me live this in my everyday life. I also need someone who can inspire me when I am not feeling motivated. Therefore, it would be great if you are an outgoing self-starter, who leads by example. Inherent qualities important to me would be your outgoing personality, - a fun-loving approach to life with a good sense of humour; - youthful but mature in nature. You would possess good social skills and an ability to role-model good personal & social interactions so you can assist me in all facets of life to live a fulfilling and independent life. This could include such things as accessing the community, trying some new hobbies, maintaining friendships and social outlets, and starting new ones plus support with therapy, education, and employment.
My goals include living a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle, which means staying active and eating well. To best support me, I would love to engage with supports who are like-minded and share my interests, whilst being flexible to adapt to my changing needs and assist me in regulating my emotions.
