The Opportunity
The 4 positions we have available are based in our Breakthru unit, in our Community Supports program in Dubbo. We are looking to build a wonderful team to work across Monday – Friday shifts from 7am-8pm with the occasional Saturday up for grabs!
Your work will support:
- Community access with shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities
- Participation in scheduled activities and social events
- With transportation assistance where required
- Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports
- Basic personal care where required

You may be someone wanting to take some time out from delivering complex or challenging essential services; have lived family experience of disability that you’d like to turn into a career; need extra shifts to supplement your current work; or you may just be starting out and wanting your first role in the disability space.
Whatever your situation, we are looking for people who are passionate about community connection, enjoy developing relationships with people, genuinely get excited to see others achieve and who are reliable.
The casual pay range on these roles is between $40.25 -$43.92 per hour. Relevant certificates or qualifications with at least 12 months experience, attract the higher rate. Saturday shifts attract 50% loading.
With a knowledgeable senior leadership team to guide you, along with a thorough induction and orientation, you will be supported to deliver amazing services to the community and develop your skills and career!
