The Role
We are seeking Support Workers who are experienced and adaptable, capable of supporting people with complex care needs across multiple locations. This role demands flexibility and a commitment to upholding the high standards of care that define our service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support services, focusing on maximising living, social, and recreational skills for people with disabilities.
- Support clients in achieving community inclusion, independence, and personal choice.
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
- Maintain detailed documentation and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
About You
- You are a resilient and adaptable individual with a passion for supporting others.
- You have proven experience in handling complex behaviours and are comfortable working in varied settings.
- Your approach is person-centred, ensuring dignity and respect for all clients.
Essential Criteria
- Experience supporting people with disability with complex needs
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card (ACT) with NDIS worker screening.
- National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months).
- Valid Australian Driver’s License and your own car with comprehensive vehicle insurance.
Desirable
- Cert III (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support
