AddressRegal Health have provided personal quality care in the community for over 55 years and are looking for caring, organised, and diligent Support Workers to join our Inner West team from 7am - 3pm weekdays.
What's on offer?
- Earn up to $40 per hour (inclusive of travel & penalties) + Superannuation.
- Ideally, you will have experience, a car, and be available to work between the hours of 7am - 3pm.
- We will pay your travel through mileage allowance.
- You will have daily access to support from our clinical and care teams.
- Use our easy, cloud-based app for all scheduling, care plans and client notes.
- We have a fully automated finance system requiring no time sheets or logging of KMs.
- Gain access to our paid, ongoing training and education platform.
About the Role:
With a focus on helping our clients remain in their own home for as long as they choose, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Personal Care.
- Domestic Assistance.
- Meal preparation and serving.
- Medication prompting.
- Social Support.
Skills and experience
- Experience in providing care within the Aged Care, Disability or Veteran sectors.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability. We welcome Nursing students who have completed their first year also.
- Car and Driver's license are essential for this role.
- Current CPR & Manual Handling certification or willingness to obtain.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
