Providing one on one support to elderly or clients with disabilities such as physical, intellectual, neurological, acquired brain injury, or psychosocial in the comfort of their own home
Building genuine rapport with clients, providing companionship, and transportation for medical's appointment or outings
Collaborating with the client, care coordinator, care manager and other relevant parties to help achieve the client's goal
Engaging and interacting with clients from all diverse cultures and backgroundWe are looking for:Experienced Support Workers in the field of mental health, challenging behaviours, or complex care such as PEG/NGT feeding, bowel care, catheter care, and medication administrations (highly desirable)
Passionate Support Workers that wants to empower clients to achieve their goals through a people-centred approached
Sociable Support Workers that love interacting in meaningful conversation that helps keep the client's mind healthy and alert
CAN-DO attitude that is also compassionate, caring and reliableRequirements:Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or Equivalent
NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
WWCC(if willing to work with children)
First Aid Certificate
COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate
