What you’ll need
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent (click here to view more details) (Minimum-Qualification-Strategy-for-Residential-Care-Workers-in-Victoria-May-2017.docx (live.com) or willing to enrol
- Willingness to study Top Up Units Residential Care (4 Modules)
- Valid Australian working rights & drivers licence
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Personal Screening Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid & CPR
- Availability to work shifts across a 24/7 roster, including awake nights & sleepovers
