Imlachs Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company which purchases End of Life Vehicles to supply used parts to the trade and public for vehicle repairs and recovers scrap metals for recycling.
An opportunity exists for a reliable and organised person to join our company.
The role includes but is not limited to:
• Management Accounts preparation
• Reporting & Analysis of Financial Reports
• Bank Reconciliations & Cash Flow Forecasting
• Vehicle Valuation, Purchasing & Payments
• BAS/GST, Payroll Tax, Superannuation
• Processing accounts payables & receivables
• End of month processing
• Miscellaneous accounts and administrative duties
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Accounting degree (preferred)
• 3+ years experience working in Accounting/Accounts Department
• Organised and high attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Quick books experience (preferred)
• Sage Merdian Payroll experience (preferred)
Interests and experience in automotive and/or recycling industry an advantage.
Role reports to Managing Director
