Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:
- Support Worker Positions available for both New Entrant & Experienced applicants
- Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rates from $28.01- $30.60p/h + 11% super
- Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
- Ballina NSW location and surrounding suburbs including East Ballina, Bangalow, Coolgardie, Cumbalum, Lennox Head, Pimlico, Skennars Head, Teven & Tintenbar.
Key Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to Friday
- Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support ideal but not essential
Your New Role:
- Help At Home: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation
- Safety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness
- Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
- Client Support: Assisted dressing or supervising daily hygiene **
- Social & Wellbeing: accompany clients to appointments & outings **
- Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings **
