Job description:

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:

• Support Worker Positions available for Experienced applicants
• Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $30.60p/h + 11% super
• Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
• Newcastle & Lake Macquarie NSW location and surrounding suburbs including Mayfield, Sandgate, Wallsend, Cameron Park, Teralba, Jesmond, Cardiff, Adamstown, Charlestown, Kotara, Warners Bay, Blackalls Park, Toronto, Wangi Wangi, Belmont, Swansea, Morriset, Bonnells Bay, Caves Beach & Gateshead

Key Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
• Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
• Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to Sunday
• Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support

Your New Role:

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
• Social & Wellbeing: accompany clients to appointments & outings
• Safety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness
• Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
