About the role
As a Support Worker – Laundry, you will support the delivery of a safe and clean laundry service for residents in alignment with appropriate standards. You will Ensure environmental service standards are met and maintained, and the residents living environment is safe and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
Calvary St Pauls Retirement Community provides a 40 bed accommodation, over looking the beautiful Manning River.
About you
- Effective interpersonal communication; both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
- Knowledge and experience in safe chemical handling (Desirable)
- Commercial laundry experience (Desirable)
- Experience in Aged Care (Desirable)
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
