ABOUT THE ROLE
New Haven Farm Home require someone to be available for awake overNight Shifts within the Client Homes. Providing support to the Clients overnight, if required. This person is required to complete all the tasks and duties as setout below.
DUTIES
- Providing supervision of the clients overnight
- Washing, cleaning, tidying and sorting
- Preparing the Homes for the following day
- Providing personal care to clients
- Maintaining residential services
- Completing regular reports and identifying changes
IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
- Experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong work ethic/ strong initiative and self discipline
- Is comfortable with regular, ongoing Night Shifts and weekend work.
- Supportive and encouraging
- Strong communication skills
- A team player
- Computer literacy and data entry skills
The following qualifications are mandatory requirements applicable to fulfill this role:
- Driver's license;
- NDIS Worker Check;
- Working with Children Check;
- First aid/CPR certificate
- Proof of rights to work in Australia

- Starting rate is $32.21 p/h plus 15%. When working overtime, Night Shift or weekends penalty rates also apply!
