Here is a bit about us:
We are a Boutique Support Work Agency that specializes in providing clients care in their home. We originally provided support to older people in South-East Melbourne, but now we are growing (daily!) all across Victoria and hence we are looking for fantastic individuals who have qualifications and experience in Individual support and Personal Care.
How do we work?
The less fuss, the better for us! After applying and having a successful interview straight away have access to our secret club app that you will download. In this app, you will update your availability and be able to find shifts with flexible hours that suit you and your lifestyle.
What we need from you first:
- Documented proof of qualification (e.g Cert III in Aged Care)
- Current 2024 Influenza Flu vaccination evidence
- COVID-19 Australian Government vaccination certificate (Immunization history) - 3 doses
- Current National Police Check (no older than 2 years)
- NDIS screening card
- Current driver's license/reliable car
- Wonderful people skills - can build rapport easily with clients while representing Future Supports
