Support Worker - Personal Care - Maclean To Lower Clarence Region

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:

• Support Worker Positions available for the provision of Personal Support Services 
• Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $31.38p/h + 11% super
• Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
• Maclean NSW location and surrounding suburbs including Brushgrove, Lawrence, Woodford Island, Ilarwill, Brooms Head, Gulmarrad, Townsend, Maclean, Ashby, Ashby Heights, Chatsworth Island, Iluka, Woombah, Palmers Island, Angourie, Wooloweyah & Yamba

Key Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
• Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19 
• Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm between Monday to Sunday
• Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support

Your New Role:

• Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
• Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
• Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
