As Team Leader you will be required to care for an NDIS participant with a 24 x 7 day care need in helping with daily activities such as showering, light household cleaning, companionship, meal preparation, shopping, social events and transport to appointments. This includes visiting clients on a regular basis in their own home to provide care.
About You:
- Complex clinical care experience essential
- Must have experience with ventilator and giving enema
- Must be able to deal with complaints and problem solve for the participant
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be available for casual fulltime hours
- Must be able to travel to and around Lidcombe area
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s License (P1 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
What We Offer:
- Casual rate with 4 days a week including one day of admin, one sleepover and two day shifts
- You will be supported by a team with EN and AIN qualifications and with sound clinical experience
- No physical behavioral support needed
- Lidcombe and surrounding areas location
- Salary packaging (up to $15,900 a year, + meal/entertainment benefit $2650 a year)
