Cerebral Palsy Support Network (CPSN) is a membership-based organization that represents individuals with cerebral palsy (and like conditions) and their families.
What opportunities do we have right now?We are looking for people to work as part of a large team to support our fantastic complex care client in Swan Hill.
This role offers 6-hour and 8-hour shifts across a rotating roster, day, afternoon and evening.
You must be able to work night shifts (12 am to 8am) as part of your roster.
May include weekends and Public Holidays.
What will you do?- Join a dedicated and supportive team, where you will receive practical hands-on training.
- Provide practical assistance with personal support, activities of daily living and community activities.

To be successful as a CPSN Support Worker, you need to be genuine values match with our organisational values and promote person centered approaches in everything you do.
Qualifications are not required, however, a Certificate in Disability Support, Aged Care or Nursing would be highly regarded, as would lived experience in caring for a vulnerable person/people.
You need to be motivated, flexible, responsive team player and genuinely interested in working in the disability sector.
In addition to having great values, you must have, or acquire prior to employment commencing:
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- 2 references from prior and/or current employer
