Hourly rates between $24.49 - $33.22 + super + penalties + travel

Our Support Workers work alongside people from all walks of life giving them a helping hand to live their life the way they want to.
Avivo are looking for Support Workers to support customers in their day to day life based in Yanchep & Surrounding locations. This role works across aged care, disability, and mental health sectors, engaging in a range of care needs to support individuals who wish to remain living in their home and connected to their community.
Support Worker Duties
- Provide domestic & social support for customers with disability / aged care or mental health needs.
- Assist with daily personal care routines
- Perform various manual tasks
- Support during community outings
- Communicate and engage with your local team
- Attend paid mandatory Induction, training, and buddy shifts
- Availability to work any shifts provided between Monday - Friday
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and public holidays is desirable.
Skills & experience
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Working with Childrens Check or willingness to obtain
- Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Flexible availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends
- Previous Support Work experience is preferred but not essential.
