Qualities and necessities we're looking for in potential team members:

 Ability to write an informative cover letter detailing why you'd make a great addition to our team.

Experience and strengths in working with individuals with disabilities and/or Mental Health expertise.

Love for life and animals as indicators of character.

Proactive attitude and the ability to bring positivity to every situation.

Willingness to turn challenges into triumphs and maintain a joyful attitude.

General understanding of WH&S, current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or qualified equivalent experience.

Current NDIS Workers Screening Blue & Yellow Card.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, day, weekend, sleepovers, and awake shifts if required. You need to be open to flexibility on shifts whilst we work with our Team to balance life and work pressures ,whilst aiming for consistency and quality for participants.
