AddressDisability Connect Victoria is excited to announce that we are expanding our team! We are seeking compassionate and skilled Disability Support Workers to join our team in Traralgon. With a variety of full-time, part-time, and casual positions available, this is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated individuals to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
We have 30 Positions available with an approximate start date of Late January / Early February 2024
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities.
Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and manual handling tasks.
Implementing behaviour support plans and promoting independence.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months experience as a Disability Support Worker.
Cert IV or higher qualification in Disability or a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated experience in manual handling and personal care.
Experience in behaviour support.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Valid Driver’s License, reliable car, and insurance.
