- Permanent Full Time Coordinator role located in one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes located in Malvern East.
- Start date will be the beginning of May 2024.
- 76 hours per fortnight; Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- This residence is a 10-bed home divided across 3 units.
- Facilitate change and drive continuous service improvement.
- Responsible for the development of good working relationships with the clients we support and key stakeholders.
- Support the values and actions that are important to the successful operation of Scope's business, the purpose and vision.
- Previous skills and experience supporting clients with complex health needs is required.
- Confidence in providing direct training and guidance to staff members with supporting complex health needs (i.e., PEG feeding, Behaviours of Concern) is required.
- This role is ideal for someone with extensive leadership experience in the disability sector combined with a high degree of knowledge and background in healthcare (i.e., nursing, health sciences)

- Proof of 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with Scope policy.
