• Permanent Full Time Coordinator role located in one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes located in Malvern East.
• Start date will be the beginning of May 2024.
• 76 hours per fortnight; Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• This residence is a 10-bed home divided across 3 units.
• Facilitate change and drive continuous service improvement.
• Responsible for the development of good working relationships with the clients we support and key stakeholders.
• Support the values and actions that are important to the successful operation of Scope's business, the purpose and vision.
• Previous skills and experience supporting clients with complex health needs is required.
• Confidence in providing direct training and guidance to staff members with supporting complex health needs (i.e., PEG feeding, Behaviours of Concern) is required.
• This role is ideal for someone with extensive leadership experience in the disability sector combined with a high degree of knowledge and background in healthcare (i.e., nursing, health sciences)

We act bravelyTo be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

• Valid Driver's License
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
• Proof of 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with Scope policy.
