We have over 70 years’ experience supporting people with physical, intellectual, and multiple disability and developmental delays across our Supported Independent Living, short-term accommodation and assistance services as well as our Social Connections Day Program.

- This Permanent Full Time Coordinator role will manage two of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes located, one located in Hampton East and the other located in Clayton.
- This role is 76 hrs per fortnight, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Flexible arrangement in hours of work within reason will be open for discussion between the Candidate and the Hiring Manager at the interview.)
- Facilitate change and drive continuous service improvement.
- Responsible for the development of good working relationships with the people we support, family members, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support the values and behaviours that are important to the successful operation of Scope's business, the purpose and vision.
- Previous Management experience of 2 years (minimum) in Disability / Health Sector is required.

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- Valid Drivers License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
- Proof of 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with Scope policy.
