SalaryNon-accredited registrars will primarily function in a supportive capacity for assigned teams, actively participating in evening and weekend rotations, and providing night cover. Within the general surgical units, the team comprises 5 accredited surgical trainees, 4 non-accredited registrars, and dedicated junior doctors. Unaccredited registrars will enjoy significant chances for hands-on experience in the operating theatre, serving as either the primary operator or first assistant. The roster includes planned elective operating theatre exposure.

The Facility
The hospital was built in 2017 is has 700 beds. The facility is a leader in regional health care, combining outstanding services with a strong education, training and personal development culture. Remuneration is in accordance with Victorian Public Health Enterprise Agreements and generous salary packaging arrangements are offered to all staff including flexible working arrangements. The Requirements
- A Medical Degree registrable with the Medical Board of Australia with at least 3 years post-graduate experience.
- Demonstrated appropriate level experience and skills in assessment and clinical management of patients.
- Current membership of the College training program (Desirable)
