Offering both full-service Research Consultancy and panel and data collection services, sitting at the heart of the business is a switch on the talented Technology and Operations team. They are looking to hire a Survey Programmer/Data Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for scripting surveys in Confirmit/Forsta, as well as processing and analysing data using tools such as Displayr and SPSS. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of their research projects and delivering actionable insights to their clients.

So what will I be doing day to day?
Collaborate & Advise: Work with the research teams and clients to understand project requirements and survey objectives.
Survey Wizadry: Script surveys in Confirmit, ensuring proper question routing, randomization, and data validation.
Data Management & Analysis: Import data into Displayr for cleaning and manipulation. Analyse survey data using statistical techniques in SPSS/Displayr
Future Facing: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in survey scripting, data analysis techniques, and tools.
What do you need?
- Prior experience scripting surveys using Confirmit or similar survey scripting software.
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis using Q/Displayr, SPSS or similar.
- A solid grasp of survey design principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Strong communication, organisation and troubleshooting skills.
