Survey Programmer/Market Research

Having built a solid reputation for quality, data integrity and respect, THN is seeking a Survey Scripter / Programmer who is motivated, client-focused and detail-oriented to join our survey programming team. 

In this role, you will be part of a team that works closely with the THN Project Management team and our clients to program surveys of varying complexity. You will manage the end-to-end process from the initial evaluation of client requirements to the final delivery of a quality programmed survey. 

The ideal candidate can work autonomously, is detail-oriented, and is quality-focused.  

The role will involve using Voxco as its main Market Research platform, however, any experience or skills in Qualtrics, Confirmit, Dimensions, Alchemer, or any similar MR software are transferrable.

Responsibilities  

• Evaluate client questionnaires of varying complexity to determine the best programming approach.  
• Script surveys using Voxco survey platform and test surveys following client specifications and timelines. 
• Communicate with Project Managers to ensure client’s needs are met
• Remain up-to-date on work and respond effectively to changes required by the clients. 
• Manage email distribution and web survey reminders on assigned projects. 
• Monitor errors and issues reported, address and/or inform others as appropriate. 
• Support Project Management with issues regarding Voxco and survey instruments. Including troubleshooting found issues and providing technical support  
• Assist with data documentation, sample preparation, sample output, codebook development, reporting, and documentation on the survey process. 
• Manage multiple client projects independently, ensuring timely and error-free output. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Experience using Voxco, Qualtrics, ConfirmIt, Dimensions or Alchemer is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
• Qualification in computing, market research, data analysis or relevant work experience.  
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Strong analytical and logic to be able to understand complex survey structures. 
• Ability to conceptualise and design specifications for a survey to ensure high-quality data collection and proper questionnaire flow that limits burden. 
• Ability to work well in a team environment.  
• Client focused 
• Communication skills, fluent in English both oral and written. 
• Opportunity for weekend work

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
