The Role:
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Outlet Manager to join our quick-service retail operation at the Sunshine Coast Airport.
What This Role Will Involve:
- Providing clear directions to team members on shift
- Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality
- Overseeing staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources
- Managing stock, inventory and cash
- Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve a great working environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong cash, stock and labour control skills
- ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract appointment)
- Access to your own reliable transport (essential)
