Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience overseeing multiple outlets in a hotel environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, facilitating a collaborative and harmonious environment
• Fantastic food and beverage knowledge
• Excellent understanding of financials, including menu development and costing, rostering and stock ordering
• Devotion to providing exceptional guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail
