Amora Hotel Brisbane recently completed a multi-million dollar refurbishment and has transformed itself into Brisbane’s newest and luxurious 5 star hotel.
“dapl” is our rebranded restaurant offering modern Australian cuisine and we are seeking applications to fill our newly created role of Food & Beverage Outlets Manager
What is the role :
This hands-on operational leadership role will manage all aspects of the restaurant, lobby bar and in room dining.
You will bring your commitment to our philosophy of ensuring your team goes that “extra mile” providing friendly, professional service to guests and visitors.
To be successful in this role you have:
- An authentic leadership style that is collaborative, inspiring and supportive
- 2 -3 years’ experience from venues with various Food & Beverage Outlets at a leadership / supervisory level.
- Strong, current product knowledge of current industry trends
- Commitment to deliver exceptional guest experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays
- Visa holders require full Australian working rights with no restrictions
