Join the Civmec Team Project Construction - CBD based - Home every night Opportunity to lead Environmental Sustainability on a prestigious CBD based project consisting of the design and construction of two cable-stayed bridges, including a 6-meter-wide shared path linking the Victoria Park foreshore, Heirisson Island and Perth's CBD at Point Fraser.
Drive the project sustainability strategy to deliver positive outcomes and innovative solutions. Project completion is expected in late 2024. The Role Plan and coordinate the delivery of an Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) rating through the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC).
Support the project team to integrate and implement sustainability requirements across the project. Collect, analyse and manage data associated with emissions, materials, waste and water to prepare sustainability reports. Interface with and report to key stakeholders in relation to sustainability issues and opportunities.
Organise and facilitate sustainability meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders. About You
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills, qualification and experience: Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, environmental science, construction management, architecture or equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ experience on large construction or building projects. Experience in driving project sustainability targets and developing and implementing plans to meet those targets. Registration as an Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP) Knowledge of the construction industry will be advantageous Civmec
