Your Responsibilites
Do you have an Agricultural background, are you passionate about Sustainability and want to combine the two together in a fantastic opportunity. We are looking for person to join our team who can drive and coordinate our sustainability initiatives, key duties of the role are as following but not limited to;
- Review evidence attesting to compliance with Standards and provide guidance to relevant colleagues.
- Support the implementation of certifications schemes with other ADM's entities.
- Continuous observation of sustainability initiatives, certifications schemes and relevant developments.
- Organize and develop relevant workshops and training to colleagues.
- Support in other sustainability projects, when needed.
- Internal and external audits and applying internal actions through risk assessment
- Represent and further develop ADM sustainability initiatives
Your Profile
You have a proven track in working with Agricultural and food supply chain. You have sound experience in developing and maintaining policies and procedures within the guidelines of a global company. You are a team player, energetic, motivated and solution focused. You will also bring the following to the position but not limited to;
- Bachelor degree in Business Management/Sustainability/Agriculture or similar degree
- Sound understanding of sustainability challenges in food and agricultural industries
- Experience with Sustainability certifications
- Empathy for rural clients and knowledge of the different business drivers;
- Solid analytical and organisation skills
- Great communication and ability to build a rapport with stakeholders (internal and external);
- Ability to see the big picture and drive the success of the site into the future;
