Sustainability Data & Analytics Manager is part of the Advanced
Data & Analytics Team, within Woolworths' Group Sustainability Platform. In this role, you will report to the GM of
Sustainability Data and Analytics, and be responsible for applying creative problem solving and advanced data skills to develop insights and inform strategy for greatest impact.The Advanced
Data & Analytics Team works in close collaboration with the rest of the Sustainability Platform and the wider business, to:
- Help shape the Group's Sustainability and Health ambitions and deliver impact, through strategic thinking, problem solving, modelling, and sharing of data driven insights
- Design, develop and manage the Group's Sustainability reporting suite, and ensure the accuracy of the information shared internally and with the market
- Lead data and analytical initiatives with external partners in the Sustainability space
- Work with large datasets and design and build complex data models
- Participate in projects and working groups to offer advanced analytical support across the various pillars of Sustainability, including Health, Climate, Hunger and Packaging
What you'll bringWe are looking for an experienced
Data & Analytics professional, with a curious mind and ability to handle large data, develop and share insights and inform strategy. This role will require partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the wider Woolworths business to support plan delivery and impact.
- Advanced data modelling and analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL
- Demonstrated experience in building partnerships, strong communication skills, confidence presenting to small audiences and varied stakeholder groups
- Can-do attitude, continuous improvement mindset, passion for impact
- Rigour and attention to detail
- Business acumen, and ability to adapt
