The Data and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data quality control, governance, data availability and delivering timely and accurate data visualization requests for the Bayer pharmaceutical team. Collaborating with peers within the Business Excellence team (analytics, business platforms, and digital) your key tasks focus on accountability for data stewardship, analytics and data visualisation. You will have excellent hands-on skills maintaining metadata and be comfortable liaising with local stakeholders to identify data needs, along with collaborating with global data and technology teams to enable data readiness.
