We have an opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer or Consultant to join our high performing ESG team. In this pivotal role, you will be providing advice to a range of clients to create and drive sustainability strategies for individual building assets and portfolios. Areas of focus will be on building energy performance and certifications, renewable energy projects, electric vehicle charging and decarbonisation strategies.
You will work closely with our ESG Director and broader Property teams.
The Opportunity
- Delivery of sustainability consulting services to deadlines, delivering high quality insights and reporting
- Conducting NABERS Ratings for a diverse client base
- Assessing technical feasibility and financial viability of sustainability projects
- Play an active role in the team, sharing knowledge, ideas, best practice and genuinely making a positive impact on our planet
About you;
- Have some previous experience in a similar role with qualifications in Sustainability Engineering, Environmental Management, or Property
- Good understanding of building systems – HVAC, electrical, lighting, BMS
- Experience across energy auditing, efficiency upgrades, sub-metering solutions and embedded networks
- Experience/knowledge of renewable energy and EV infrastructure, PPAs and energy supply solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in some or all the above are essential, NABERS accreditation will be highly regarded.
