These stories and lessons - our Impact Narrative - must be compelling, timely, accurate, and show up in all the right places.

• Support the development and embedding of our sustainability narrative that shows leadership, ambition and clearly and consistently pulls together the framing of how our sustainability story hangs together in a way that is meaningful and impactful for our various stakeholder groups
• Develop and implement frameworks to measure the impact of our narrative and continuous learning for ongoing improvements
• Partner with with other centres of messaging excellence, including Media, Government Relations, Branding and Marketing, Investor Relations, Data and Analytics and Sust SME's to develop and implement targeted comms to create opportunities to land the sustainability narrative across multiple formats and forums
• Play a key leadership role in the coordination and delivery of the annual external reporting and disclosure of our Group Sustainability Strategy, including that all sustainability-related disclosures are in compliance with global standards, regulation and awareness of impending standards and best practice
• Craft and support the development of a simple yet compelling narrative around the Groups beyond 2025 strategy aligned to increasing ambition and impact
• Work with the Sustainability Governance and Engagement Manager to support the delivery of our external benchmarking processes by ensuring the cohesiveness of the story we are telling

• You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with all levels, inspire and deliver through cross-functional teams across the business, and successfully negotiate with third parties maintaining awareness of Woolworths brands and reputation.
• A role model of collaboration and constructive behaviours, you are a strategic thinker, taking best practice input from internal and external networks. You are naturally inquisitive, seeking out best in class approaches, and where not available you create new approaches and new ways of working that are globally leading.
• You will be a proactive self-starter and be able to take ownership of an area. whilst adding a fresh perspective, focused on improvement, and challenge constructively where required
