Your opportunity
Are you ready to take the lead in driving responsible business strategies and action plans for a dynamic organisation? Scentre Group is seeking a forward-thinking individual to step into the role of Sustainability Program Manager.
As the Sustainability Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of implementing responsible business strategies and action plans. You'll become a trusted business partner and advisor, working hand in hand with leaders and external partners to instigate ongoing change. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert guidance and oversee the execution of environmental improvement projects in alignment with our Integrated Environmental Plan (IEP) and enterprise targets, collaborating closely with operational business units.
- Assist Regional Facility Managers (FMs) and Facility Managers in preparing and executing Environmental Action Plans, monitoring the progress of key ESG initiatives.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for improvement and encourage cross-business coordination and alignment in key ESG areas.
- Celebrate achievements, foster storytelling, and contribute to the narrative for our Annual Sustainability Reporting and relevant ESG reports.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships while monitoring stakeholder expectations.
- Explore and establish portfolio partnerships, taking ownership of managing these relationships.
- Research and report on best practice initiatives within the industry, promoting shared learning and mutual benefits.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-orientated individual, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in sustainability program management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental improvement projects and ESG initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
