What you’ll do
As our Commercial Sustainability Project Manager, you will enable and empower cross-functional teams to deliver on our Sustainability Plan and commitments by providing strategic and hands-on project support across a number of priority areas.
- Support the definition of the Commercial Sustainability strategy and priorities across People, Planet and Product
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver commercial and customer focused change to drive our brand values
- Manage projects within the program including (but not limited to) planning, organising, reporting, marketing, financial, resource constraints, process as well as leading, and controlling project activities
- Lead a portfolio of sustainability-related regulatory compliance readiness activities across our business ecosystem
- Prepare and maintain project controls including scope, schedule, resources, risks and project deliverables
What you’ll bring
- A self-starter with the ability to navigate new and complex problems and projects
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- You will be a good facilitator and presenter with the ability to present in-front of a large room of stakeholders at all levels
- Be someone who has good change management skills
- An experienced Project Manager with a passion or desire to learn more about Sustainability
