The Client
Our client is a leading provider of customised and personalised products for the transportation and automotive space that are an integral part of our everyday lives. You'll recognize their products—you'll pass them on the street, admire them, and may use them every day. With a strong market presence, they drive digital innovation and service excellence, serving over 1.2 million NSW customers annually.

They are now looking for a Digital/Tech Project Manager to run their contacts for their different Product lines that they have for the business.
The right person will be a dynamic professional to manage their government contracts with state and federal entities across NSW, while also taking charge of tender processes and overseeing the businesses in VIC and QLD.
What you’ll be responsible for:

• Oversee projects related to the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Manage information exchange, contract writing, and tender submissions.
• Manager and oversee their different product  lines  in the business ( including marketplaces, online websites and stakeholder relations and product )
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders both technical and   no technical
• Collaborate closely with their dedicated tech teams, both internal and external
• Work with government bodies on securing the right contracts as the business continues to expand and reach new depths
• While you won't be running the Tech projects or the implementation of these, you'll have an understanding and oversight into the ways of working, ready to guide and coach if and when needed.

  
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you'll have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience in government contracts and partnerships.
• Strong contract and administration skills in managing tender negotiations.
• Experience working with many government stakeholders, pitching, working, and refining scopes of work.
• A solid understanding of technology and projects that are initiated and implementation
•  Have an understanding of how to run manager and maintain different product liens within a complex business
• While you are not a technical person by nature, you'll have a solid understanding of their technical timelines for certain programs of work to be conducted.
