About your role
The Sustainable Investing Propositional Lead will work closely with business stakeholders and business heads to manage and implement the Sustainable Investing strategy and the delivery of Sustainable Investing regulatory reporting and disclosures.
The individual’s responsibilities will include:
Acting as Accountable Executive for the programme of work delivering Sustainable Investing related regulatory and discretionary change
Working with business stakeholders to maintain an articulation of our Sustainable Investing proposition and future requirements
Working across the organization including with ISS and the Sustainable Investing Programme Office to ensure collaboration and efficient delivery of common requirement
Promoting an approach of define once, deploy many for SI tools, reporting and related propositional developments on a cross-business basis
Engaging with and advising on sustainability focused regulatory change
Owning the business’ key policies in relation to sustainability and stewardship
About you
You will have a good understanding and experience of the platform industry with knowledge of the Sustainable Investing landscape and developing regulation. A strong track record of managing and delivering change is essential as well as the following attributes:

Stakeholder Management: be able to navigate the internal organisation to get action and/or information on initiatives which are a priority for our business.
