Position: Swell Stays Plus Supervisor
Location: Margaret River
Schedule: Full-time, including weekends (half days), some public holidays (half days), and 3 weekdays. On-call duty required 3 weekends per month.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Swell Stays Plus service, ensuring that all designated houses are meticulously checked after cleaning.
- Coordinate restocking and special touches for guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are exceeded.
- Lead and motivate the team of Plus cleaners, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
- Perform administrative duties in the office during weekends, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Availability to work weekends, some public holidays (half days), and 3 weekdays, as well as being on call 3 weekends per month.
- Prior experience in hospitality or property management preferred but not required.
