Corporate Legal Secretary - paying up to $100K

Our client, a national mid-tier law firm in the Sydney CBD, is on the look-out for a Legal Secretary in their Corporate Advisory team.

In this role, your days will as varied as they are busy.  Your day to day will consist of things like:

• Assisting in managing your Partners' practice
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Extensive diary and inbox management 
• Taking control of the monthly billing and client reporting
• Travel arrangements
• Helping out the team in the Syd office as needed

The ideal candidate for this role looks like this:

• at least 4 years experience (Corporate experience is a bonus)
• Organisation is your middle name
• You're proactive and self-motivated
• You've got a "happy to help" persona
• You'll thoroughly enjoy supporting Partners in an EA/PA capacity
• Career Legal Secretary - sorry Law students!
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Resident
