Shaw Almex Pacific Pty Ltd. is a branch of Almex Group that supplies and services the Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region. 

Working as part of a small Perth based Australian Team, you will be influential in manufacturing our market leading OEM Temperature Control Panels for our Vulcanisers.

The Role:

A newly created position as we venture into Australian manufacturing for our large client base. This role will see you using your broad range of electrical switchboard and wiring knowledge to manufacture Almex OEM Vulcaniser Temperature Controllers. We are looking for an allrounder who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively to improve processes. You will be a key player in creating an efficient manufacturing facility to best suit our current needs, with a scope for exponential growth. A background in mining and around conveyor systems and experience with electrical maintenance of conveyor splicing equipment would be highly regarded, although training and product knowledge will be provided.

Qualifications and Experience:

- WA Electrical Workers License required.
- Electrical switchboard and/or control panel experience.
- Ability to understand and work off electrical schematics.
- Clean manual WA driving license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional and neat presentation at all times
- Proven diagnostic/problem solving skills
- Experience with repair, installation and preventative maintenance in a similar 
 industry highly regarded
- Basic computer skills, work, excel 
- Highly organised and a great attention to detail
- Ability to Work on Mine Sites Australia wide and overseas when required
- Mechanical Aptitude and Experience with a Variety of Tools
- Permanent residency status
- Forklift license would be highly regarded.

Duties will include:

- Reading schematics and work instructions to manufacture Almex OEM 
  temperature controllers
- Calibration of temperature control systems
- Electrical Fault Finding
- Repairs to temperature controllers
- Maintaining a clean and productive work area

- Travelling to mine sites and other locations as required.
